Job summary

Wunderbar Kids in Pune, Maharashtra seeks an Operations Manager for its daycare centre to coordinate day-to-day activities, supervise both teaching and non-teaching staff, and ensure smooth program delivery. The role reports into the Principal and involves cross-functional liaison with third-party activity providers.

You will manage administrative tasks, CRM data entry, inquiries, collections, and permissions for field trips.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daycare operations; DCC role not required.
• Direct reporting from DCTs into her.
• Manage non-teaching staff reporting into her.
• Oversee program management.
• Handle groceries and supply management.
• Manage administrative work at the centre, including data entry in CRM.
• Follow up on enquiries and collections.
• Obtain permissions for field trips or society events.
• Handle enquiries after 5 p.m.
• Manage third-party relationships with activity classes.
• Work on the centre target with the Principal and SL to define targets.

Job description

1. 1. Manage Entire Daycare Operations (DCC as a position will not be required)
   • a) DCT's reporting into her
   • b) Non teaching staff reporting into her
   • c) Program Management
   • d) Groceries Management
2. 2. Manage Administrative work at centre
   • a) Data Entry in CRM (for both P.S. and Daycare)
   • b) Follow Up on Enquiries
   • c) Follow up on Collections
   • d) Permissions to arrange for field trips or society events etc.
3. 3. Handling Enquiries after 5 p.m.
