Job summary

NIIT Foundation invites applications for a role overseeing education delivery at our centers. This position focuses on managing a profit center, coordinating with local bodies and community stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality educational services and student outcomes.

You will implement standardized processes, monitor metrics, and drive center performance with a strong emphasis on placement and customer delight. The role also requires team training, mobilization, and market feedback to HO.

Responsibilities

• Ability to manage a profit center, optimize revenue, sales & marketing orientation, asset utilization, and delivery management.
• Liaise with local bodies, associates, brand visibility, location owners, institute heads, NGO and the community; mass/group/individual counseling at different places of city/district such as villages, residences, hubs, schools, etc.
• Implement & review processes; take care of the education center, students & team members with high quality standards; create methodologies & metrics based on business requirements, dynamics reengineering, and review implementation & take corrective action.
• Slippage & leakage control in education delivery; deliver good quality education in the center and ensure students placements and create customer delight.
• HO level functional follow-ups, coordination, closure of operating issues to run smooth centre operations.
• Responsible for team training, development, engagement & growth, control attrition in the team.
• Will be responsible for mobilization.
• Able to track competition/market, analysis & feedback to HO for new products

Job Description
