Qualifications

• B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical engineering.
• BE/BTech is preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain PECVD systems to ensure optimal performance and reliable deposition processes.
• Address and resolve PECVD equipment breakdowns swiftly, analyze issues to prevent future failures.
• Optimize PECVD parameters (gas flow rates, temperature, pressure) to achieve uniform, high-quality thin films for better solar cell efficiency.
• Implement CAPA plans for major breakdowns with timely resolution and preventive measures.
• Conduct inspections to verify thin film thickness and uniformity, maintaining quality and reliability.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during PECVD operations.
• Maintain accurate records of process parameters, equipment maintenance, and production outputs.
• Lead and train technicians or operators, fostering safety and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the diffusion area.

• Operate and maintain PECVD systems to ensure optimal performance and reliable deposition processes.

Breakdown Response and Troubleshooting

• Address and resolve PECVD equipment breakdowns swiftly, analyze issues to prevent future failures.

Process Optimization

• Optimize PECVD parameters (gas flow rates, temperature, pressure) to achieve uniform and high-quality thin films, improving solar cell efficiency.

Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)

• Implement CAPA plans for major breakdowns, ensuring timely resolution and preventive measures to enhance equipment reliability.

Quality Control

• Conduct inspections to verify thin film thickness, uniformity, and adherence, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.

Safety And Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during PECVD operations to maintain a safe work environment.

Documentation And Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of process parameters, equipment maintenance, and production outputs and daily check sheet.

Team Leadership And Training

• Lead and support a team of technicians or operators, providing guidance, training, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the diffusion area.

Qualifications

• Min 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in PECVD operations within the solar manufacturing industry, focusing on process optimization and equipment maintenance.
