You will lead a team of technicians, address breakdowns, optimize process parameters, implement CAPA, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and maintain thorough documentation of parameters and outputs.
Operate and maintain PECVD systems to ensure optimal performance and reliable deposition processes.
Breakdown Response and Troubleshooting Address and resolve PECVD equipment breakdowns swiftly, analyze issues to prevent future failures.
Process Optimization: Optimize PECVD parameters (gas flow rates, temperature, pressure) to achieve uniform and high-quality thin films, improving solar cell efficiency.
Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA): Implement CAPA plans for major breakdowns, ensuring timely resolution and preventive measures to enhance equipment reliability.
Quality Control: Conduct inspections to verify thin film thickness, uniformity, and adherence, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during PECVD operations to maintain a safe work environment.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of process parameters, equipment maintenance, and production outputs and daily check sheet.
Team Leadership and Training: Lead and support a team of technicians or operators, providing guidance, training, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the diffusion area.
