Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for Proper Preventive Maintenance for Cell Line Production Area.
• Spearhead improvements in Preventive Maintenance activity for equipment in all clusters for MSPVL Cell lines.
• Ensuring equipment up-time and fitness.
• Making MIS /reports about the machine availability time and issues.
• Closely work on the issues and resolve those quickly to avoid production loss.
• Improving OEE, TPM Activities,
• Active participation in Indigenisation of spare parts.
• Ensuring of TQM Concept on Shop Floor like 5S,3M,JIT,Suggestion Scheme,OEE,TPM,SMED Systems on Production Floor.
• Drive systematic root cause analysis in MSPVL Cell maintenance team, across all clusters
