Job Summary
We are looking for a Wet-line Cluster Owner (Maintenance) to manage all maintenance activities for wet-line solar cell manufacturing clusters. The role focuses on ensuring maximum uptime, equipment reliability, preventive & predictive maintenance, and chemical safety compliance. The ideal candidate has hands‑on expertise in wet-line equipment, pumps, DI water systems, chemical handling, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee breakdown, preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance of wetline tools, pumps, tanks, valves, chemical dosing systems, and DI water units.
- Ensure maximum uptime, OEE optimization, MTBF/MTTR improvement, and reliable operation of wetline clusters.
- Implement TPM, RCA, FMEA, and Six Sigma methodologies to improve tool reliability and reduce downtime.
- Manage spare parts inventory, vendor development, and AMC contracts.
- Develop and monitor digital maintenance systems, CMMS, and predictive maintenance tools.
- Lead and mentor maintenance engineers and technicians, promoting chemical safety, LOTO adherence, and safe handling of chemicals.
- Collaborate with Production, QA, and Process Engineering to support NPI readiness and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- 12–18 years of experience in wetline/chemical process solar cell or semiconductor maintenance.
- Proven track record in cluster maintenance management, chemical safety, and team leadership.
- Technical Expertise: Wetline tools, pumps, DI water systems, chemical dosing, and maintenance protocols.
- Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate multi‑disciplinary maintenance teams.
- Reliability & Maintenance Excellence: Strong knowledge of OEE, MTBF/MTTR, and predictive maintenance.
- Chemical Safety & Compliance: Ensures safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals.
- Problem‑Solving: Hands‑on, root‑cause oriented approach to equipment failures.
- Collaboration: Cross‑functional coordination with Production, QA, and Process teams.
