Qualifications

• Diploma / Hotel Management / Bakery Confectionery preferred.
• 3–6 years of relevant bakery production experience.
• Hands-on production experience with bread, burger, cookies and biscuits.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and GMP practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day production of burgers, breads, cookies and biscuits in the central production unit.
• Prepare products per standard recipes, quality standards and production plans.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, weight, size and appearance.
• Handle mixing, dough preparation, baking, cooling and finishing processes.
• Ensure proper portion control and minimize production wastage.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and GMP standards at all times.
• Monitor raw materials and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area and equipment.
• Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to maintain product standards.
• Support new product trials and recipe standardization when required.
• Maintain production records and report any quality or process deviations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day production of burgers, breads, cookies and biscuits in the central production unit.
• Prepare products as per standard recipes, quality standards and production plans.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, weight, size and appearance.
• Handle mixing, dough preparation, baking, cooling and finishing processes.
• Ensure proper portion control and minimize production wastage.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and GMP standards at all times.

Candidate Profile
