Job summary

The Dimora Hotel, Calicut-Kerala, is seeking a Chef de Partie (CDP) for the Bakery department. You will prepare and produce breads, cakes, and pastries to hotel standards, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation across all products.

You will oversee daily bakery production, manage stock, and guide junior bakery staff while maintaining strict hygiene and food safety practices. Pay ranges from ₹26,000 to ₹32,000 per month, with on-site, in-person work location.

• Monitor stock and inform the Chef about ingredient requirements.
• Supervise and guide Commis and junior bakery staff.
• Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage and handling of bakery products.
