Job summary

KS Bakers Pvt. Ltd. Hyderabad seeks a CDP to manage daily central bakery production of burgers, breads, cookies and biscuits. You will follow standard recipes, ensure quality, and coordinate with Production and Quality teams to meet targets.

The role requires hands-on bakery process knowledge, with 3–6 years in bakery production, and familiarity with GMP, hygiene and food safety.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Hotel Management / Bakery & Confectionery preferred.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in bakery production or a central kitchen.
• Hands-on experience in bread, burger, cookies and biscuit production.
• Good knowledge of bakery ingredients, mixing, baking and production processes.
• Experience in bulk/centralized production preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and GMP practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and achieve daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor raw materials and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area and equipment.
• Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to maintain product standards.
• Support new product trials and recipe standardization when required.
• Maintain production records and report any quality or process deviations.
