Job summary

JLL, a leading global real estate and advisory services firm, seeks a CCTV Engineer for its Noida campus. You will manage CCTV assets, ensure preventive maintenance, and coordinate with the Property Manager and on-site teams to keep systems operational during your shift.

The role requires a Diploma/degree in Electrical or Mechanical and 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate, hotel, or construction sectors. Strong troubleshooting, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical with 3–5 years of work experience in Real Estate/Hotel or Construction industry.
• Residential site experience may be preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep of CCTV systems on the campus and ensure operations during shift.
• Periodically check all CCTV cameras and perform repairs as needed.
• Raise material requisitions for CCTV repairs and coordinate with vendors.
• Handle additional tasks assigned by seniors and assist the Building/Estate Manager.

Taking charge of entire technical assets in building, managing engineering team, and supporting the Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager your team leader for coordinating for technical issues with client and occupants. Your key deliverables will be to:Responsible for the Upkeep of CCTC system on the campus.Periodically checking of all the CCTV cameraRepair of faulty camerasRaise requisition for materials required for repair of CCTVAny other work assigned by the Seniors.Reporting:You will be working with our operations team and reporting to the Building / Estate Manager.Sound like you?
