Job summary

JLL is seeking a CCTV Engineer for on-site work at Noida, UP. You will maintain CCTV systems, lead an engineering team, and coordinate with the Property Manager and senior staff to ensure seamless security operations.

The ideal candidate has a 3–5 year track record in Real Estate, hotels, or construction, with a Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering. Residential-site experience is a plus. On-site duty with 48 weekly hours in Noida.

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical engineering with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Real Estate/Hotel or Construction industry.
• Residential site experience preferred.

• Periodic checking of CCTV cameras.
• Repair of faulty cameras.
• Raise requisition for materials required for repair of CCTV.
• Any other work assigned by the Seniors.

Business: Property and Asset Management, Noida

What this job involves

You will be ensuring that all technical services are maintained operational during your shift duty. Taking charge of entire technical assets in building, managing engineering team, and supporting the Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager your team leader for coordinating for technical issues with client and occupants. Your key deliverables will be to:

• Responsible for the Upkeep of CCTC system on the campus.
• Periodically checking of all the CCTV camera
• Repair of faulty cameras
• Raise requisition for materials required for repair of CCTV
• Any other work assigned by the Seniors.

Reporting:

You will be working with our operations team and reporting to the Building / Estate Manager.

Being Analytical and Meticulous

Your role will involve coordination with various teams. You will be paying attention to detail and have excellent problem-solving skills. You will be using logic to troubleshoot problems and assign and monitor maintenance projects. You should have a good knowledge of the working procedures.

Qualifications

You will have a Degree / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical OR any equivalent, with min 3-5 years of work experience in Real Estate/ Hotel or Construction Industry. For residential sites candidates with residential experience will be preferred.
