Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a CCTV Engineer for our Noida campus. The role focuses on maintaining the CCTV system, conducting periodic camera checks, and repairing faulty cameras to ensure continuous surveillance coverage.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate/Hotel or Construction, with preference for candidates having residential site exposure. On-site role located in Noida, UP, with a 48-hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Min 3-5 years of work experience in Real Estate/Hotel or Construction Industry.
• For residential sites candidates with residential experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the upkeep of CCTV system on the campus.
• Periodically checking of all the CCTV camera.
• Repair of faulty cameras.
• Raise requisition for materials required for repair of CCTV.
• Any other work assigned by the seniors.

Key Deliverables

Reporting

You will be working with our operations team and reporting to the Building / Estate Manager.

Responsibilities

You will be paying attention to detail and have excellent problem-solving skills. You will be using logic to troubleshoot problems and assign and monitor maintenance projects. You should have a good knowledge of the working procedures.
