UltraTech Cement in Mumbai is seeking a Category Growth & Sourcing specialist to drive category expansion, negotiate supplier terms, and manage market intelligence across channel partners.

You will lead launches, optimize portfolio, monitor performance, and build OEM/distributor partnerships to strengthen category results. This role is on site in Mumbai and targets growth in a dynamic market.

• Experience in category growth, retail, or building materials preferred.
• Strong negotiation and partner management capabilities.
