Job summary

Hero MotoCorp, headquartered in New Delhi, seeks a Quality role to ensure defect-free supplies from suppliers and to drive continuous quality improvements in electrical engine components. You will focus on audits, QAVs, and gap closures, enabling smooth development within timelines during New Model programs.

You will collaborate with suppliers on day-to-day quality issues, apply PFMEA/ SPC/ MSA methods, and ensures product, process and system approvals across development cycles.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with relevant domain knowledge.
• Experience in automotive quality systems and supplier audits.
• Familiarity with PFMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP & APQP processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and supplier evaluation/improvement.
• Drive zero defect supplies and closure of issues/deviations.
• Audit and QAVs; support product, process and system approvals for New Model development.

Ensure adherence to quality standards & system of Electrical Engine proprietary components by evaluation & improvement of product & process quality at supplier end to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

A purpose driven role for you

Ensure defect free supplies from Suppliers
Zero Defect Supplies(DOL)
Ensure closure of issues/deviations
Ensure Quality Sustenance & Improve Existing supplier/ components through
audits/QAVs and gap closure
warranty analysis
benchmarking of Best Practices to deploy horizontally
Ensure Product, Process & System approval and establishment for smooth and trouble free development within stipulated time during New Model development.

A Day in the life

You will work closely with suppliers and vendors on day-to-day basis for respective parts

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.Tech in Electrical Engineering 5 Years of experience in automobile industry
