Venpa Staffing in Chennai is seeking an experienced Team Lead for Catalog & E-commerce operations. You will lead and mentor the operations team, ensure data quality, and manage the catalog lifecycle from descriptions to pricing and images.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Catalog & E-commerce operations team.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure SLA, quality, and productivity targets are achieved.
• Review and maintain accurate product catalog data, including product descriptions, attributes, pricing, and images.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely catalog updates and issue resolution.
• Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

Location: Chennai (Work From Office)
Role: Team Lead Catalog & E-commerce
Salary: 7 LPA to 15 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only (Candidates with confirmed Last Working Day and notice period below 30 days)
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)

Job Responsibilities
