Job summary

Tradesala Technologies Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Product Catalogue Specialist to manage and enhance our extensive online product catalog. You will oversee product data, images, and listings across marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and high-quality content to boost conversions.

You will collaborate across teams to implement cataloging techniques, explore automation, and address order-related claims, while maintaining structured records and meeting tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience as a product catalogue specialist or a related role is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with photo editing software is a plus (Photoshop & Affinity).
• Thorough understanding of marketing and cataloguing techniques.
• Fast learner and a team player.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for Tradesala including Updating the Product Catalogue.
• Knowledge of Listing, Updating Uploading Product Data / Specifications.
• Knowledge of product Images on various Marketplaces.
• Maintain large online product catalogue.
• Oversee the product content presented on Website Marketplaces.
• Manage individual and bulk listings and account health.
• Contribute to solving and reducing issues in the catalogue for optimizing the speed of the catalogue upload process.
• Manage and create individual and bulk listings of new products.
• Write engaging and descriptive product descriptions to improve conversions.
• Ensure that the catalogue contains accurate, comprehensive and high-quality product information.
• Try incorporating new techniques & automation in the creation of the catalogue.
• Identify opportunities and trends in the market and highlight them internally.
• Managing claims for wrong orders and returns.
• Making time estimations on new jobs received, check accuracy/quality of content creation/population done by others.
• Ensuring records are maintained accurately.
