Mamann Sandaluk LLP is seeking a detail-oriented Case Manager to join our U.S. team on a remote basis. This role focuses on managing PERM labor certification and related immigration cases for diverse clients, coordinating with employers, employees, and attorneys to gather and organize required documentation.

You will maintain files in our case management system, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely filings while communicating clearly with clients and providing guidance throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in U.S. immigration with PERM experience.
• Ability to manage PERM cases independently and thoroughly.
• Strong knowledge of DOL/USCIS regulations and compliance.

Case Manager— U.S. PERM Immigration | Remote

Mamann Sandaluk LLP is a leading full-service immigration law firm based in downtown Toronto, providing strategic immigration solutions to individuals, families, and businesses across Canada and around the world for decades.

We are seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented Case Manager to join our growing U.S. team. This role focuses on managing a wide range of routine and complex permanent and temporary residence applications, with particular emphasis on PERM labor certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage PERM cases from start to finish, including job postings, prevailing wage determinations, and audit responses
• Work directly with employers, employees, and attorneys to gather and organize required documentation
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date files using case management software
• Monitor deadlines and proactively manage recruitment and filing timelines
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the PERM process

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in U.S. immigration, with a focus on PERM labor certification cases
• Proven ability to manage PERM cases independently and thoroughly
• Strong understanding of DOL and USCIS regulations and a commitment to compliance
• Proficiency with case management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
