Mamann Sandaluk LLP is seeking a detail-oriented Case Manager to join the U.S. PERM immigration team. This remote role focuses on managing a range of permanent and temporary residence applications, with emphasis on PERM labor certification, closely coordinating with employers, employees, and attorneys.

You will maintain files in a case management system, monitor deadlines, and provide clear updates to clients throughout the process, ensuring compliance with DOL and USCIS regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in U.S. immigration, with a focus on PERM labor certification cases.
• Proven ability to manage PERM cases independently and thoroughly.
• Strong understanding of DOL and USCIS regulations and a commitment to compliance.
• Proficiency with case management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
