Mamann Sandaluk LLP is seeking a knowledgeable Case Manager to join our U.S. team on a remote basis. The role focuses on managing PERM labor certification cases and a broad range of permanent and temporary residence applications.

You will collaborate with employers, employees, and attorneys to assemble and organize documentation, track deadlines, and provide clients with clear, proactive updates throughout the process. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of U.S.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in U.S. immigration, with a focus on PERM labor certification cases.
• Proven ability to manage PERM cases independently and thoroughly.
• Strong understanding of DOL and USCIS regulations and a commitment to compliance.

We are seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented Case Manager to join our growing U.S. team. This role focuses on managing a wide range of routine and complex permanent and temporary residence applications, with particular emphasis on PERM labor certification.
