You will work with employers, employees, and attorneys to gather documentation, maintain files in case management software, and monitor deadlines to ensure timely filings. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in U.S. immigration, with a focus on PERM labor certification cases
• Proven ability to manage PERM cases independently and thoroughly
• Strong understanding of DOL and USCIS regulations and a commitment to compliance
• Proficiency with case management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
