You will manage cases from start to finish, track deadlines, maintain files in our case management system, and provide clear updates to clients throughout the PERM process. Remote work supported; experience in U.S. immigration required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in U.S. immigration, with a focus on PERM labor certification cases
• Proven ability to manage PERM cases independently and thoroughly
• Strong understanding of DOL and USCIS regulations and a commitment to compliance
• Proficiency with case management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
