Mamann Sandaluk LLP, a Toronto-based immigration law firm, seeks a knowledgeable Case Manager to join our U.S. PERM immigration team in a remote role. The position focuses on managing PERM labor certification and a wide range of permanent and temporary residence applications.

You will coordinate with employers, employees and attorneys, gather and organize documentation, maintain case files with our case management software, and monitor deadlines to ensure timely filings and compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of U.S. immigration experience with PERM labor certification.
• Proven ability to manage PERM cases independently.
• Strong understanding of DOL and USCIS regulations.
• Proficiency with case management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

We are seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented Case Manager to join our growing U.S. team. This role focuses on managing a wide range of routine and complex permanent and temporary residence applications, with particular emphasis on PERM labor certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage PERM cases from start to finish, including job postings, prevailing wage determinations, and audit responses
• Work directly with employers, employees, and attorneys to gather and organize required documentation
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date files using case management software
• Monitor deadlines and proactively manage recruitment and filing timelines
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the PERM process

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in U.S. immigration, with a focus on PERM labor certification cases
• Proven ability to manage PERM cases independently and thoroughly
