Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role based in the Greater Indore Area. The Carpenter will be responsible for measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling wooden and modular furniture components according to technical drawings and design specifications. Day-to-day work includes using hand and power tools, performing framing and finish carpentry, installing furniture at client sites, and ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards. The role also involves collaborating with designers, supervisors, and other team members to execute custom projects for residential, office, and institutional clients. The Carpenter will help maintain tools and work areas, follow company procedures, and support continuous improvement in production efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Carpentry skills with experience in furniture manufacturing or interior projects.
• Proficiency with Hand Tools and Power Tools used in woodworking and modular furniture installation.
• Experience in Framing and structural assembly for cabinets, partitions, and modular units.
• Competence in Finish Carpentry, including precise fitting, detailing, and surface preparation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and work orders.
• Attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Prior experience in commercial, institutional, or residential furniture projects is an advantage.
• Relevant vocational training or certification in carpentry or woodworking is preferred.
