Qualifications

• 3-4 years of overseas education counselling for multi destinations.
• Strong knowledge of multiple study destinations and admission processes.
• Excellent communication, counselling and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and student management processes preferred.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents end-to-end for study abroad opportunities across multiple destinations.
• Guide students on course selection, universities, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes.
• Manage end-to-end student application processes including documentation and submissions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure conversion and enrollment.
• Stay updated with international education trends and visa regulations.
• Coordinate with universities and internal teams for smooth processing.
• Achieve monthly targets related to applications, enrollments, and conversions.
• Participate in seminars and outreach activities when required.

Job Title: Student Success Manager- Multi-Destination- Vadodara

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Multi-Destination Study Abroad Counsellor with 3-4 years of experience in overseas education counselling. The candidate should have expertise in guiding students for multiple destinations such as the UK, Ireland, Australia, Europe (Germany, France, Spain, Malta and other countries If any), and other international study markets. The role involves counselling students, managing applications, and supporting students throughout the admission and visa process.

Key Responsibilities
