This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for guiding students toward successful careers in IT.

Position: Career Counsellor – Education Sales

Experience: 1–3 Years

Role Overview

The Career Counsellor will be responsible for counselling students and working professionals, understanding their career aspirations, recommending suitable IT courses, and achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional counselling to students and working professionals on IT courses and career pathways
• Convert walk‑ins, leads, and enquiries into confirmed enrollments
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
• Conduct regular follow‑ups through calls, emails, and meetings
• Clearly present course offerings, benefits, and career prospects
• Coordinate with training and academic teams for smooth onboarding
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date lead and student records

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in education sales or career counselling
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
• Strong target‑oriented and result‑driven approach
• Prior experience in IT course sales is mandatory
