Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Packet Core SME to provide Tier 2/3 technical support for core network solutions in Bengaluru, India. You will diagnose faults, monitor performance, and drive resolutions with cross-functional teams, serving as the primary technical contact for customer support and partners.

The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work on-call 24/7.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience or graduate equivalent in Packet Core SME roles.
• Experience with troubleshooting tools, trace & log analysis tools, and measuring equipment.
• Fault identification, correction, and reporting on packet core subsystems.
• Willing to support emergencies on a 24/7 basis.
• Excellent logical/analytical skills.
• Linux Cloud certification.
