Responsibilities

• Manage security setup, maintenance, and reference data across asset classes.
• Perform portfolio setup and maintenance activities.
• Conduct daily positions and cash reconciliations, investigate, and resolve breaks.
• Analyze fixed income securities using metrics such as Duration, YTM, and YTW.
• Utilize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and operational analysis.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, onshore teams, and technology partners.
• Identify process gaps and recommend automation and operational improvement opportunities.
• Participate in UAT testing, validate results, and provide feedback to technical teams.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and operational controls.
• Support achievement of productivity, quality, and SLA targets.

Capital Market Operations Analyst:

We are looking for an experienced Capital Market Operations professional with strong expertise in Reference Data Management, Portfolio Operations, Reconciliation, and Fixed Income Analytics. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience across multiple asset classes, including Equities, Fixed Income, Mortgages, Money Market Instruments, Swaps, and Derivatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage security setup, maintenance, and reference data across various asset classes.
• Perform portfolio setup and maintenance activities.
• Conduct daily positions and cash reconciliations, investigate, and resolve breaks.
• Analyze fixed income securities using metrics such as Duration, YTM, and YTW.
• Utilize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and operational analysis.

• Strong knowledge of Capital Market products: Equities, Fixed Income, MBS, Money Market, Swaps, and Derivatives.
• Extensive experience in Security Master and Reference Data Management.
• Good understanding of fixed income analytics and valuation concepts.
• Experience in portfolio setup, cash reconciliation, and position reconciliation.
• Hands-on SQL querying and data analysis skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Exposure to investment management platforms such as Bloomberg, Reuters, Aladdin, Charles River, or similar systems.
• Certification such as CFA, FRM, or equivalent is a plus.
