Artech L.L.C. seeks a Business Data Analyst to join the Risk Operations / Capital Markets function in Hyderabad, on EMEA shift 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST. The role involves supporting risk, reconciliations, and analysis of financial data to ensure accuracy of operational records.

The candidate should have knowledge of Risk Operations, Capital Markets, and Financial Markets, with strong Excel skills and effective communication. MBA / M.Com / B.Tech or equivalent, 1.5–3 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data using Microsoft Excel.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve breaks, exceptions, and data discrepancies within defined timelines.
• Apply knowledge of Capital Market and Financial Market products, processes, and terminologies.
• Support operational risk and compliance-related activities in line with established procedures and controls.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned operational activities.
• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide appropriate updates.
• Support processes related to Personal Account Dealing (PAD) and Anti-Corruption controls, where applicable.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and operational MIS as required.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Risk Operations, Reconciliation, Capital Markets, and Financial Markets, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Candidates with experience in Investment Banks, Financial Services, Capital Markets, Risk Operations, Reconciliation, or Financial Market Operations are preferred.
