• Process updates arising from corporate actions, middle office requests, trade support teams, and settlement operations.
• Conduct research to gather and validate security reference data.
• Support data quality initiatives, process improvements, metrics reporting, and data cleanup projects.
• Ensure completion of daily controls, checklists, and end-of-day activities.
• Maintain SOPs, issue logs, project trackers, and operational documentation.
• Monitor team mailboxes, handle queries, and expedite issues appropriately.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and build strong business relationships across functions.
