Job summary

Delta Capita is seeking a Business Analyst to support front-to-back change initiatives across capital markets.

You will gather and translate business requirements, map processes, and collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Risk, and Technology to deliver effective solutions.

A background in investment banking, familiarity with EMIR/MiFID II/SFTR, and proficiency with JIRA and Excel will help drive regulatory and operational changes.

Qualifications

• Strong domain knowledge in capital markets or financial markets.
• Experience in business analysis within investment banking.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR, SEC, CFTC, Basel III).
• Knowledge of Equities, Derivatives, FX, EM, and Treasury products.
• Understanding of GMRA, GSLA, ISDA agreements.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Desirable: SQL, Python, Alteryx for data analysis; Power BI or Tableau for reporting; Murex/SOPHIS/SUMMIT familiarity.
