Job summary

Eagle Information Systems is hiring for an Operations role focusing on post-trade operations in capital markets. You will manage end-of-day processes, ensure NSE reporting adherence, and uphold regulatory compliance across settlements.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in related roles, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with vendor, exchange, and bank relations. Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Autonomous working style with limited on-ground support.

Responsibilities

Unit: Operations

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage end of day (post-trade) operations of trading member
• Well versed with exchange regulations and local compliances.
• Good experience in the post trade control framework.
• Experience in handling time sensitive trader queries.
• Managing vendor, exchange and bank relationships.
• Handle fund transfer / margin obligations towards Clearing Member and Bill Payments to Exchanges/Regulatory Bodies & other banking activities
• Provide support to local business stakeholders advice on all regulatory change initiatives

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets (Cash Equities and Derivatives segment) Clearing and Settlement and associated regulations.
• Prior experience in NSE reporting, transactional reporting, and operations role an asset
• Experience with Hedge Funds, Investment Management and/or Securities dealer
• Demonstrated analytical skills and impeccable integrity
• Excellent computer skills, with proficiency on Microsoft suite of applications. Experience with Peoplesoft, PowerBI a plus
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, high energy level, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work autonomously with limited on the ground support
