Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of experience in banking, NBFCs, SME lending, or corporate finance.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and portfolio growth.
• Strong credit appraisal and risk assessment skills.
• Ability to tailor financing solutions based on client needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• MBA/PGDM in Finance or related field preferred.

• Assess financial statements, cash flows, liquidity, profitability, and repayment capacity.
• Support financing requirements across working capital, term loans, business expansion, and project funding.
• Partner with credit, risk, and operations teams to facilitate documentation, approvals, and disbursements.
• Grow existing client portfolios while maintaining credit quality and managing emerging risks.
• Track market developments and identify opportunities to expand the lending portfolio.

What We're Looking For
