Job summary

Mango Advisors LLP in Mumbai is seeking a Chartered Accountant with real estate financing experience to drive quantitative and qualitative analysis across projects, build financial models, and summarize findings for clients.

The ideal candidate will map lending scenarios, establish lender relationships, prepare information memorandums, structure deals, and coordinate end-to-end debt financing with banks, NBFCs, and investors.

Qualifications

• CA with real estate financing/credit structuring experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities for lending scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Map the entire lending scenario for Mumbai-based lenders and HO collaboration.
• Prepare IMs, structure/pitch deals, list lenders, obtain term-sheets and sanctions.
• Coordinate with buy-side to close borrower/lender deals and handle documentation.
• Build sector knowledge on trends, opportunities, and valuation insights; communicate findings.

Job description

The ideal candidate will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis across various projects to optimize company growth and business. You will manipulate datasets, create financial models, and summarize findings in a succinct manner for client's usage.

• Map the entire lending scenario (be it regional offices or work along with HO for MUMBAI based lenders/credit providers). Establish and maintain strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Real Estate Debt/Equity Funds, Investors, etc. for successful fund raising.
• Tasks would include business selection process, IM preparation, Structuring/Pitch, List of lenders, get Term-sheet/Sanctions, Work along with buy side to close the deal between Borrower/Lender, Documentation, Support Fees collection.
• Building a strong knowledge base on the sector(s) – Trends, Opportunities, Industry views, comparative deal analysis, valuation insights, etc.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Requirement:

Chartered Accountant – 1st or 2nd attempt only

Relevant experience in Real Estate financing/ Credit structuring for the mid corporates in the Banking.
