Blackberrys is seeking an experienced Fixed Assets Accountant to manage journal entries, capitalization, and asset schedules. You will implement controls for asset recordation, coordinate asset tagging with vendors, and reconcile asset ledgers with the general ledger.

You will support audits, ensure compliance with internal controls and policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and correct asset related queries.

Competenze

• Knowledge of Journal Accounting.
• Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations.
• SAP experience is must.
• Experience with advanced Excel skills would have added advantages.
• Working knowledge of Ind AS 16 (PPE).
• Coordinate with third party for Assets tag.

Responsabilities:

• Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets.
• Coordination with third party for Assets tag.
• Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger.
• Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
• Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist the auditors in their inquiries
