You will translate and interpret between Cantonese and English, handle inquiries via calls, emails, and chats, and ensure accuracy of all translated content. The role requires experience in translation or language support and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Cantonese Language Specialist with strong verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide language support in Cantonese for business operations, customers, or internal teams.

Translate and interpret content between Cantonese and English.

Handle customer/client communication through calls, emails, chats, or other communication channels.

Review and ensure the accuracy of translated documents and communications.

Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide language support.

Exp : 3-8 yrs

Location : Bengaluru

Required Skills:

proficiency in Cantonese.

Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in translation, interpretation, customer support, or language specialist roles is preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with global teams.

Preferred:

Candidates with experience supporting Hong Kong/APAC customers or stakeholders will be an added advantage.
