• Ensure suppliers meet business, regulatory, and system requirements before activation.
• Provide non-voice support to suppliers via ticketing systems, email, and digital channels.
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues related to registration, invoicing, and data validation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex supplier queries.
• Track and follow up on open supplier requests for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and documentation within the onboarding system.
• Validate supplier data for completeness and compliance.
• Support audits and reporting activities related to supplier enablement performance.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of supplier enablement SOPs and workflows.
