Qualifications

• Experience as a cook/chef in canteen, mess, hotel or restaurant.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Punctual and able to work to fixed meal timings.

Responsabilités

• Plan the daily menu and cook breakfast, lunch and snacks for staff.
• Prepare meals in the required quantity and serve on schedule.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety and cleanliness at all times.
• Manage kitchen stock, track rations and raise purchase requests in time.
• Reduce food wastage and keep basic records of consumption.
• Coordinate with the admin team on headcount and special requirements.
