Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Candidate Source & Screen Analyst to support recruitment delivery through focused sourcing across roles, skills and geographies. You will build candidate pipelines using multiple channels and ensure timely, quality shortlists.

The role collaborates with recruiters and hiring teams, conducts internal and external sourcing, performs data mining, and maintains ATS data while providing candidate engagement and reporting support.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification: Any Graduation.
• 3–5 years of experience in candidate sourcing and pipeline building.
• Flexible with respect to shift timings.
• Profile screening and shortlisting support.
• Experience with job boards and sourcing tools; ATS data maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Create approved requisitions and post them internally and externally.
• Mine talent pools and conduct external sourcing to fill roles.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial assessments.
• Engage with candidates and manage communications.
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and generate hiring reports.

What would you do?

• The Talent Acquisition Sourcing professional is responsible for supporting recruitment delivery through focused sourcing activities across assigned roles skills and geographies. The role specializes in identifying engaging and building candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels to meet hiring demand in line with defined timelines and quality standards.
• The role operates within established recruitment and RPO frameworks and works closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates accurate sourcing data and a positive candidate experience.
• Build a proactive sourcing plan and identify sourcing channels and tactical strategies that are aligned to the goals of organization and ensures best talent is identified and attracted by the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create approved requisitions.
• Conduct internal sourcing and post requisitions.
• Conduct external sourcing and mine existing talent pools.
• Conduct external sourcing and post jobs.
• Perform data mining for additional candidates.
• Support candidate intake through application or expression of interest using electronic phone or paper methods.
• Develop a list of candidates to be screened.
• Perform automated candidate screening and assessment through Interactive Voice Response IVR.
• Conduct Hiring Manager interactions.
• Perform initial screening of candidates to ascertain they are qualified and interested applicants.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including sentence mastery vocabulary fluency and pronunciation
• Customer service orientation with the ability to engage candidates professionally and responsively
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint for tracking reporting and communication
• Strong email writing skills with clear professional and structured communication
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems ATS Smart Recruiter LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and sourcing tools
• Talent sourcing and market research capabilities
