Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end campaign operations, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, data, and creative teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Support audience targeting and segmentation to ensure campaigns reach the right customers.
• Drive optimization by implementing A/B testing and campaign best practices.
• Ensure campaigns follow compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN‑SPAM).

Qualifications

Who you are and what you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations or campaign management.
• Hands‑on experience using any marketing automation or campaign management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, Adobe Campaign, Pardot etc.).
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to run multiple campaigns at once.
• Comfortable working with campaign reports and performance dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data‑driven campaign optimization and funnel performance improvement.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign measurement best practices.
• Understanding of compliance and data privacy regulations.
