KeyAccountabilities

Accountability Cluster 1

• Adherenceto turn around times (TAT) on customer loan requests, as per the agreedservice level agreements (SLA)

Accountability Cluster 2

• EnsuringComprehensive internal control of Policy and processes byMaintaining quality of data in system without errors

Accountability Cluster 3

• Timelyupdate on Various New & Existing Polices adherence while gettingthe file processed

Accountability Cluster 4

• Completeanalysis of customer profile and sending the case to the credit manager.Analysis includes the financial analysis of the corporate customers bylooking at the financials statements of customer.

• Televerification of the customer by calling him and understand thepurpose of loan required by customer. Callingto the references given by customer as well to cross checkthe profile of the customer.

• Firstlevel of customer profile check in credit on the various parametersmentioned in the policy of thee company.

• QualityCheck of File post Disbursement on various parameters mentioned inthe hind-sighting module and highlight the errors done by the team duringthe loan processing
