Job summary

Ciel HR in Bengaluru is seeking a diligent Loan Processing Analyst to ensure timely handling of customer loan requests and maintain data quality across the system.

You will analyze customer profiles, verify financials, perform tele-verification, screen against policy controls, and support credit managers with risk assessment. This role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to SLAs, and continuous quality checks post-disbursement to minimize errors.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to turn around times (TAT) on customer loan requests as per SLA.
• Maintain data quality in system with minimal errors to ensure internal controls.
• Update policies accurately while processing files.
• Analyze customer profiles including financial statements before sending to credit manager.
• Tele-verify customers by calling to understand loan purpose and cross-check references.
• Perform initial credit screening across policy parameters during profiling.
• Conduct post-disbursement quality checks and highlight processing errors.

Role & responsibilities

• Adherence to turn around times (TAT) on customer loan requests, as per the agreed service level agreements (SLA)
• Ensuring Comprehensive internal control of Policy and processes by Maintaining quality of data in system without errors
• Timely updateon Various New & Existing Polices adherence while getting the file processed
• Complete analysis of customer profile and sending the case to the credit manager. Analysis includes the financial analysis of the corporate customers by looking at thefinancialsstatements ofcustomer.
• Tele verification of the customer by calling him andunderstandthe purpose ofloanrequired bycustomer.Calling tothe references given bycustomeras well to cross check the profile of the customer.
• First level of customer profile check in credit on the various parameters mentioned in the policy oftheecompany.
• Quality Check of File post Disbursementon various parameters mentioned in the hind-sighting module and highlight the errors done by the team during the loan processing
