Job summary

IHFL is seeking a credit processing professional in Bengaluru to handle end-to-end assessment for Home Loans, LAP and Mortgage products. You will verify KYC, income, banking, and property documents, and assess creditworthiness and repayment capacity.

The role requires coordination with sales, operations, legal and external agencies to ensure compliant, smooth processing. Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of mortgage credit experience, with strong analytical abilities and attention to regulatory

Qualifications

• Handle end-to-end credit processing for Home Loans, LAP, and Mortgage products.
• Verify customer KYC, income, banking, financials, property, and other loan-related documents.
• Conduct preliminary assessment of creditworthiness, repayment capacity, income stability, and existing obligations.
• Analyze salary slips, Form 16, ITRs, bank statements, GST returns, financial statements, and business documents as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end credit processing for Home Loans, LAP, and Mortgage products.
• Verify customer KYC, Income, Banking, financials, property, and other loan-related documents.
• Conduct preliminary assessment of customer creditworthiness, repayment capacity, income stability, and existing obligations.
• Analyze salary slips, Form 16, ITRs, bank statements, GST returns, financial statements, and business documents as applicable.
• Review bureau/CIBIL reports, repayment history, existing liabilities, and credit behaviour.
• Coordinate with sales, credit, operations, legal, technical and external agencies for smooth processing.
• Ensure compliance with credit policy, eligibility norms, documentation requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify discrepancies, gaps, or potential risks in applications and obtain necessary clarifications/documents.
• Prepare and maintain credit notes, login sheets, deviation details, and case-related MIS/reports.
