Service Engineer

Alfatek Services is a NABL (ISO 17025) accredited firm engaged in the sales and service of instruments used in the tyre and rubber industries. Our main office is in Trivandrum, Kerala, with additional offices in Chennai, Mumbai and Delhi.

Location: Work based in Mumbai, Delhi or Chennai with mandatory travel throughout India.

Package: 2.5 to 4 lakhs per annum.

Minimum Experience: Up to two (2) years in instrumentation, mechanical or electrical fields. Fresh diploma holders are welcome.

Responsibilities include:

• Service of laboratory instruments (hardness testers, viscometers, tensile testers, ovens, etc.) – electrical wiring, electronic troubleshooting, mechanical part replacement.
• Calibration of thermometers, weighing balances, pressure gauges, etc.
• Installation and troubleshooting of operation software.
• Troubleshooting via remote desktop and creation of certification for customers.

Training: Six (6) month training period as Trainee Engineer with on‑site and office‑based instruction.

Loyalty Bonus: Eligibility after signing a two‑year service bond; no bonus if exit before bond completion.

Travel Expenses: Full coverage of travel, food, accommodation and conveyance for on‑site work.
