Job summary

Experis in Pune is seeking an experienced CAE Engineer to join our automotive seating team. You will perform CAE/FEA using HyperMesh and LS-Dyna to validate seating components and assist design iterations.

We require 4+ years of hands-on experience, proficiency with HyperMesh, LS-Dyna, and related tools, and knowledge of seating regulatory and OEM requirements. BE/BTech/ME in Mechanical/Automotive/Design is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on CAE/FEA experience.
• Proficient in HyperMesh and LS-Dyna.
• Experience with 2D/3D meshing and modelling.
• Familiarity with seating regulatory and OEM requirements.
• Automotive seating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CAE/FEA analyses using HyperMesh and LS-Dyna.
• Create and modify 2D/3D meshes for seating components.
• Utilize HyperWorks, LS-PrePost, MSC-Nastran, LS-Dyna, and HyperView.
• Ensure compliance with seating regulatory and OEM requirements.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams.
