Job summary

Satyam Venture Engineering Services in Chennai seeks a CAE engineer to perform baseline body strength analyses using LS-Dyna and related tools. You will prepare Body-In-Prime models, evaluate input pulses, energy curves, materials, and bolt forces, and support seat integration with welds and adhesives.

You will run baseline seat and body strength analyses, summarize results for customers, and collaborate with design teams to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Baseline Body Strength Analysis using LS-Dyna and related tools.
• Seat belt pull and FMVSS-based strength analyses.

Responsibilities

• Perform Baseline Body Strength Analysis using LS-Dyna Solver.
• Prepare Body-In-Prime models for strength analysis and investigate input pulses, energy curves, materials, and bolt forces.
• Manage Seat Integration with welds, bolts and adhesives.
• Prepare seat model and integrate with standard numbering template.
• Run baseline CAE seat and body strength analyses.
• Summarize results and feedback clearly to customers.
• Collaborate with design teams to meet deadlines.

Job Description

1. Perform Baseline Body Strength Analysis such as Seat Belt Pull Analysis (FMVSS 207-210),Luggage retention (ST30) , Child Anchorage. Analysis and Dynamic Strength Analysis (FMVSS225), Seat system dynamic structural integrity (FMVSS208), etc. using LsDyna Solver.
2. Body-In-Prime preparation for Body,Strength Analysis,Ability to investigate allinput pulse, output energy curves, Materials,SW/Bolt Forces, etc.
3. Ability to do Seat Integration [Weld / Bolt / Adhesives etc.,connections].
4. Seat Model Preparation for Body. Integration with standard numbering Template.
5. Able to run baseline CAE Seat and Body Strength with Seat analysis.
6. Summarize results and feedback conclusions to customers in an efficient manner.
7. Able to work effectively with design teams to developsolutions within defined deadlines and time constraints.
