Job summary

Quest Global in India is seeking a Mechanical engineer with hands-on FEA experience for automotive seating systems, using Altair HyperWorks/ANSA, LS-Dyna and MSC NASTRAN.

The role emphasizes 2D/3D meshing, modelling, and compliance with seating-related OEM requirements; collaboration with design and validation teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finite Element Analysis of automotive seating systems using Hyperworks/ANSA as pre/post processor, LS-Dyna, MSC-NASTRAN.
• Experience in Automotive seating is MUST.
• Strong demonstrated experience in 2D/3D Meshing and Modelling.
• Knowledge of seating-related regulatory & OEM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform FEA of automotive seating systems and components using listed tools.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and OEM seating requirements.
• Develop and validate 2D/3D meshing and modelling standards for seating designs.

Job Requirements

Hands on experience in Finite Element Analysis of automotive seating systems, sub-systems, components using Altair Hyperworks / ANSA as pre/post processor, LS- Dyna, MSC-NASTRAN as slovers.

• Experience in Automotive seating preferred.
• A candidate must have a very good demonstrated experience in 2D/3D Meshing and Modelling.
• Strong hands-on expereince on LS-Dyna and Hypermesh

Work Experience

• Required Skills:
