Job summary

Satyam Venture Engineering Services is seeking a Full Vehicle Crash & Safety Analyst in India for Hyderabad and Chennai locations. The role focuses on performing CAE simulations to assess crashworthiness using LS-DYNA and related CAE tools, with attention to safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring 4–15 years of experience in CAE environments, familiarity with LS-DYNA, PRIMER, METAPOST, and other major CAE tools, and a strong grasp of safety regulations and vehicle design requirements.

Qualifications

• Perform CAE simulations to evaluate full vehicle crashworthiness in high-speed impact using LS-DYNA.
• Working knowledge of CAE with experience in LS-DYNA, PRIMER, METAPOST, ANSA, HYPERWORKS, modassem, rrad scripts and other CAE tools is must Domain.
• Knowledge: Safety Regulations, Design, LSDYNA, NCAP FMVSS, ENCAP etc..

Responsibilities

• Perform CAE simulations to evaluate full vehicle crashworthiness performance for high-speed impact using LS-DYNA.
• Apply CAE tools including LS-DYNA, PRIMER, METAPOST, ANSA, HYPERWORKS to ensure accurate simulations.
• Support knowledge of safety regulations and design considerations for NCAP FMVSS and ENCAP.
