Job summary

Synthires is seeking a technically adept reviewer for manufacturing CAD content and AI-generated outputs. This role combines CAD evaluation, rubric development, and validation of recommendations using Python and coding agents.

The work is fully remote with worldwide availability. Ideal candidates will have hands-on CAD experience (AutoCAD/ Fusion 360 / SolidWorks), strong communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

About the Opportunity

Apply your CAD and manufacturing expertise to help train and improve next-generation AI systems. This coding-heavy role involves evaluating AI-generated manufacturing content, developing assessment rubrics, and validating technical recommendations. Compensation

• $80–$150/hour, with payment based on completed tasks that meet project specifications.
• Expected commitment: 15–20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed.
• A minimum number of task submissions per week is required.
