Synthires is seeking a CAD and manufacturing expert to help train and improve next-generation AI systems. This coding-heavy role evaluates AI-generated manufacturing content, develops assessment rubrics, and validates technical recommendations.

The role requires hands-on CAD experience (AutoCAD, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar) and proficiency in Python with coding agents. Remote worldwide with flexible schedule; 15–20 hours/week; evenings and weekends may be needed.

Qualificações

About the Opportunity

Compensation

• $80–$150/hour, with payment based on completed tasks that meet project specifications.
• Expected commitment: 15–20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed.
• A minimum number of task submissions per week is required.
