Axium Global Pvt Ltd is seeking an Architect/CAD Designer to work on international architectural projects. The role emphasizes detailed drafting and producing GFC drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections with close coordination with project teams.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of interpreting design concepts into technical drawings, and eager to grow within the architecture and design industry. In-person work location and a collaborative environment are offered.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and develop detailed GFC drawings.
• Create accurate floor plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers and project teams to reflect design intent in drawings.
• Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and site feedback.
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards and construction requirements.
• Maintain documentation and drawing records.

Job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Architect/CAD Designer to work on international architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have strong drafting skills and experience in preparing construction and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
• Create accurate floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers and project teams to ensure design intent is accurately reflected in drawings.
• Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and site feedback.
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards and construction requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
